Gemini Connected
To use Gemini Connected you need an Entra ID user catalog. If you use Office365 you already have this and can go on. If not, you can find more information here: Info about Entra ID.
Gemini Connected uses roles to assign permissions to users. To be able to do this Gemini Connected must have access to the users in your Entra ID.
We ask for read-only permission to the list of users in your Entra ID. This permission makes it possible for your Gemini Connected admin users to assign users to roles and thereby give them the accesses they need to do their job. Gemini Connected are not allowed to add or modify anything in your Entra ID.
